Banded Applications:

Apply 2-3 gallons/acre of Natural Liquid Organic Fertilizer 4-3-3 near the seed at planting. The addition of 1-2 gallons of Liquid Bonemeal 0-12-0 along with the Natural Fertilizer 4-3-3 may also be beneficial especially when phosphorus soil test levels are below 40 ppm. Foliar Applications:

Apply 1-3 gallons/acre of All Natural Liquid Organic Fertilizer 4-3-3 mixed with 30-50 gallons of water as a fine mist with enough solution to thoroughly cover the leaves (increase spray volume as canopy develops to ensure thorough coverage). Apply foliar applications in 10, 40, and 60 days after emergence.

Rates vary according to soil fertility and other inputs used. Lower dilution rates are more effective than higher dilution rates. Two or three lighter applications may be more effective than one heavy application. If other constraints only one trip over the field, then do not exceed a 4% dilution rate (4 gallons of all natural potato fertilizer to 100 gallons of water).

The addition of a biodegradable surfactant increases uptake by increasing adhesion to the leaf surface. Apply liquid potato fertilizer in early morning or late evening. Do not apply before or after rainfall or irrigation. On standard field sprayers, use turbo flood jet nozzles when applying all natural potato fertilizer to reduce clogging.

Keep Pests Away

To reduce susceptibility from the attack of insects and disease causing organisms, apply 1 gallon of All Natural Liquid Organic Fertilizer 4-3-3/acre when signs of infestation begin to become apparent. Substitute 2 quarts of Liquid Kelp and Sulfate of Potash 0-0-8 for the All Natural Fertilizer 4-3-3 late in the season when the additional nitrogen is not needed.
